| depends a lot if its the base model or the Type S.. if its a Type S i would assume he would beat you but with the base model it'd probably be a close race. Sounds a lot like a dumbass from my highschool who had a '96 GSR Integra with Intake that kept trying to get me to race by spouting out retarded things like "Hows your 300-slow". Only difference between you and I is I have a twin turbo with intake and exhaust so needless to say I finally got fed up made this kid meet me on a desolate street late at night and we video taped him getting his ass handed to him repeatedly .. then I played it for my autoshop class to see. Moral of the story.. just race him and find out.
